At our state-of-the-art Training Academy in Blackburn, we’ll provide you with the training and development you need to kick-start the career you want and take your future in the direction you choose.

Our IET accredited programme will give you a combination of professional technical training through specific engineering courses and practical experience on the job. You will also receive behavioural competence training and gain APMI accreditation from project management training. Along the way, you’ll have one-to-one support from a dedicated mentor and training officer. We’ll give you everything you need to shape your sklls and take on a permanent role with us on completion of the graduate programme.
